主要用途/ MAIN PURPOSE

錘式破碎機用于破碎各種中硬且磨蝕性弱的物料。其物料的抗壓強度不超過100Mpa，含水率小于15%。可用于煤、鹽、白堊、石膏、磚瓦、石灰石等物料的粉碎，還用于破碎纖維結構、彈性和韌性較強的碎木頭、紙張等物料及回收石棉水泥制品的破碎。此外，錘式破碎機也可在選礦生產線中替代圓錐式破碎機。

工作原理/ OPERATING PRINCIPLE

錘式破碎機的主要工作部件為帶錘子（又稱錘頭）的轉子。轉子由主軸、圓盤、銷軸和錘子組成。電動機帶動轉子在破碎腔內高速旋轉。物料自上部給料口給入機內，受高速運動的錘子的打擊、沖擊、剪切、研磨而粉碎。在轉子下部，設有篩板，粉碎物料中小于篩孔尺寸的物料通過篩板排出，大小篩孔尺寸的粗粒級物料阻留在篩板上收到錘子的打擊和研磨，最后通過篩板排出機外。

The main working part in the Hammer Crusher is the rotor leading hammer (also known as hammer head). The rotor consists of spindle, disk, pin shaft and hammer.
